Advanced kinesiology

Advanced kinesiology (AK) is a truly holistic approach to health which can be used both as a therapeutic modality and for preventative care. In AK, kinesiological muscle tests and muscle reflex tests are used. The practitioner is able to use these tests to discover imbalances and sub-clinical conditions of the body, and then to find what is needed to correct those imbalances or conditions.

Conditions that can benefit from AK include: digestive disorders, chronic fatigue (ME), stress (and related disorders), aches and pains in joints or muscles, and much more besides.
